Given our large runways, facilities, airport services and convenient location, investing here at Barnes can be a very beneficial business decision.  For example If you want to build your own facility, than the lease cost is only $.015 per square foot.  That means if you want a 30,000 sq/ft corporate hangar with offices, you will be paying less than $400 per month in lease fees!  In addition, there are no landing or handling fees for home based aircraft and you receive the benefits of 24/7 fire fighting/crash rescue and snow removal through a partnership with the F-15 Air National Guard Alert Mission, fuel services (low fuel prices too) and de-icing capabilities.  You lose nothing in services by basing your company fleet here, and pay only a fraction of the overhead costs.
